PORT HARCOURT BIG BOY, HONOURABLE ISOBO JACK, WINS APC TICKET FOR AKUKU-TORU/ASARI-TORU FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY IN RIVERS STATE
The social circuit in Rivers State is buzzing with excitement following the emergence of one of their own, the hardworking, amiable, and charismatic Honourable Isobo Jack, as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Akuku-Toru/Asari-Toru Federal Constituency in the upcoming House of Representatives election.
A prominent figure in both business and politics, Honourable Isobo Jack has built an impressive resume over the years. He previously served as Commissioner of Environment during the administration of former Rivers State Governor, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi. He was also appointed Sole Administrator of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA), where his leadership was widely acknowledged. In recognition of his capabilities, he was appointed to the Board of Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo in Ebonyi State.
Before venturing deeply into the political terrain of Rivers State, the handsome and enterprising gentleman made his mark in the hospitality and entertainment industry. He owned and operated Bootleggers Night Club, one of the top entertainment spots in Port Harcourt (the Garden City). The club played host to A-list celebrities and was a favourite destination for high-profile social clubs, including the Boys Company of Nigeria.
In addition to his entertainment ventures, Honourable Isobo Jack is the proud owner of the upscale Grosvenor Suites (also known as The Grosvenor Rooms and Suites), a premier hospitality outfit located at Evo Road, GRA Phase 2, Port Harcourt. His victory at the APC primaries, where he secured the ticket for the Akuku-Toru/Asari-Toru Federal Constituency with a strong showing, has sent waves of jubilation across Kalabari land and beyond.
