NIGER DELTA OIL AND GAS SUMMIT GROUP WARNS AGAINST BLACKMAIL OF NDDC MD/CEO DR. SAM OGBUKU
The incessant blackmail and cynical removal of Management Board of Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC has attracted the attention of the Niger Delta Oul and Gas Summit, a group of leaders of various addiciatuibs operating ubder tge umbrella of Niger Delta Summit Group.
After their consultative meeting they issued a public statement in which they declared FATWA on any organisation or individual in or outside the Niger Delta region who are plotting blackmail on the people of Niger Delta occupying juicy positions especially those of Oil and Gas industries.
According to the group’s Director of Communication and National PROif Nationwide Tinubu Connect Associate – (NTCA) Honourable Uzoka Emeka, in a Press statement stated that ” The Niger Delta Oil and Gas Summit after quarterly Niger Delta Summit has condemned totally the plot to blackmail MD/CEO of NDDC Dr. Sam Ogbuku as to create rancour between him and the management team.”They further warned that those plotting the accrimony are enemies of development given the giant stride in administrative skills of Dr. Sam OGBUKU who is well trained professional with many years of cognate experience.
The Niger Delta Oil and Gas Summit group, it was gathered usually do quarterly independent report on the state of affairs in Nigeria Delta region and make such report available to the office Presidency. To this end they averred that Dr. Sam OGBUKU’s current 7th Management Board and team have consolidated in the Renewed Hope electioneering campaign mantra of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu which has brought development in the Niger Delta region.
