PORT HARCOURT TOP LEGAL PRACTITIONER —ROSEBELLS UVIOVO BAGS DOCTORAL DEGREE, Ph.D IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE & LAW ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION IN USA
The advancement and rigours of earning higher degrees from Atlantic International University Honolulu from the state of Hawaii United States of America did not come so easy for a Nigeria ebullient and hardworking pretty light complexioned lady Barrister Rosebells Uviovo. Her doggedness and determined zeal to succeed in her chosen field of study being Law began with her admission to study Law at first degree LLB, at Rivers State University of Science and Technology Nkpolu-Orowurokwo, Port Harcourt now rechristened Rivers state University Nkpolu-Orowurokwo, Port Harcourt Rivers state Nigeria. Briefly she underwent law practice tutelage in the Chambers of Thompson Okpoko & Partners Port Harcourt. Given her focus for excellence in service delivery which she needed further studies in Law to sharpen her quick mental reflexes in legal knowledge specialty , this lead her to broaden her search for global institutions that can offer her such well needed education and in 2015, Masters of Law LLM in Transnational Oil, Gas and Energy Laws University of Derby United Kingdom came calling as she quickly grabbed the opportunity and fasten her girdles and earned LLM Degree in 2017.
Immediately she acquired her Post graduate degree in Law Rosebells Uviovo set out to cross the Atlantic Ocean to western horizon as United states of America USA popped up in her intellectual prism for a clear view on another feather in advance legal knowledge which Atlantic International University Honolulu in Hawaii offered her admission for a Doctoral Degree PhD in Criminal Justice & Law Enforcement Administration began in 2018 and got completed in 2021. But due to the global restriction of public gathering occasioned by the outbreak of Covid 19 pandemic the convocation ceremony was later rescheduled to Thursday 23rd of March, 2023 with Wyndham Marcapolo Beach Resort Sunny Isles Beach, Miami Florida playing host to higher Degree Doctor of Philosophy graduates to be presented with PhD certificates of which Barrister Rosebells Oviovo was one of the graduands present at the event proper.
Elated with the due sense of accomplishments, Rosebells Eruwun Uviovo PhD, sent out notifications to her friends in the global community via her social media handles thus “With a great privilege and honour, I introduce to you the NEWEST & Latest PhD Holder, the Very Distinguished and Honourable Barr. Rosebells UVIOVO, PhD (USA) (Doctoral Degree in Criminal Justice & Law Enforcement Administration).

Regards to your God-blessed families.” She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree BSc. in Biochemistry from University of Port Harcourt 1997 to 2001.
Today, Barrister Dr. Rosebells Eruwun Oviovo is the Principal Partner/ Legal Consultant of Bluebells Attorneys and Solicitors based at Port Harcourt Rivers state Nigeria from January 2017 to date. She has interest in Corporate and commercial Laws. This well focused erudite legal practitioner is Executive Director at Delta Group of companies Limited based at Port Harcourt. In one of her statements she wrote “I am open to opportunities which will develop and challenge me and help me grow both professionally and intellectually whilst contributing positively to the overall goals and mission of the organization.”
