The Principal and Chief Executive Officer, CEO of Emma Wike & Partners born and Christened Emmanuel Okanwene Wike earned his West African School certificate in 1992from popular Akpor Grammar School in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers state. From where proceeded to study Estate Management for a Bachelor’s degree from Rivers state University of Science and Technology Nkpolu Orowurokwo Port Harcourt now Rivers State University Port Harcourt. He also obtained a Diploma Certificate in Town Planning later Master’s Degree in Environmental Management.
This very humble gentleman cut his teeth in Property management while he was a staff of Frank knight having been elevated to Assistant Manager at the upscale Property outfit of Frank Knight.
It is from here that began the journey to self-discovery and putting his acquired knowledge and skills into use in Emma Wike & Partners Limited where has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate and Property management.
On 11th of June, 2015 he was appointed as a member of the Board of Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority.
