SPAIN BASED CELEBRITY LADY AMAKA REA SETS TO BURY 98 YEARS OLD MOTHER ON JANUARY 11TH, 2024 IN IHITTE/UBOMA IMO STATE
All is now set for the befitting burial arrangements for the mother of Spain based hospitality entrepreneur and a fashionista Lady Amaka Veronica Rea nee Nwokocha who is married to a Briton. Lady Amaka Rea before her relocation to Spain was based at Port Harcourt where she was Chief Executive Officer CEO of Arena Couture being a celebrated dealer in latest dresses and fabrics clothing of the first family in Rivers state and those around the South -South region. Her then 72 Woji Road GRA Phase 2 was a beehive of activities for fashion related consignments from abroad.
Well, the real gist here is that Lady Amaka Rea is not leaving any stone unturned in giving her beloved 98 years Old beautiful mother late Mrs. Charity Onugo Nwokocha nee Osigwe a well-deserved befitting burial ceremony of a lifetime. In a published obsequie by the family titled “Celebration of Life” SIR Frank Nwokocha wrote “With gratitude to God for a life well lived, the family of late High Chief H.O Nwokocha of Umudike, in Abueke Eluama Autonomous Community, Ihitte/Uboma Local Government Area, Imo state announce the departure of their wife, mother, grandmother, Aunty and sister Late Nneoma Charity Onugo Nwokocha nee Osigwe aged 98 years.
Burial schedule as announced by the family include Vigil Mass cum Christian Wake-Keep by 5pm at her residence on Wednesday 10th of January, 2024 while by 7:30am on Thursday 11th of January 2024 her body will leave Madonna Mortuary Aguneze for a brief stopover at her maiden home at Osigwe’s compound in AMAINYINTA also in Ihitte/ Uboma LGA. And by 9am her body arrives and lies in state at her residence in Nwokocha’s compound. And by 11am as a devoted Christian Mother whose contributions helped in the building of many development infrastructures and human capacity development including the upliftment of the lives of the community members during her lifetime, a Catholic requiem Mass will be held in her honour at Holy Ghost Parish Center Abueke. By 1pm there will be an interment ceremony at her residence Umudike Abueke Eluama Autonomous Community while entertainment of guests and other visitors will take place immediately with Mass Outing service at Holy Ghost Parish Centre on the following Sunday as may be announced by the family.
The late madam Charity Onugo Nwokocha begot 9 children with her late husband High Chief H.O Nwokocha all graduates and successful in their various endeavours made up of 6 men comprising late Oliver Nwokocha who got married in United States of America USA to the daughter of late Alabo Tonye Graham Douglas a four term Minister of Federal zRepublic of Nigeria , Sir Frank Nwokocha, Steve Ike Nwokocha esq., Ifeanyichukwu D. Nwokocha Chief mayor Nwabueze Nwokocha and Stan Nwokocha last born child and 3 eminent ladies including Honourable Lady Kate Ada Obani, Mrs. Dorothy Ngozi Chukwu and Lady Amaka Veronica Rea. She helped her late husband High Chief who was a Federal Civil Servant in Federal Ministry of Education in the building of a virile successful society where both trained several children within and outside their immediate environment. She left behind several son in laws, daughter in laws, grandchildren and great grand children
