PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU DISSOLVES ALL BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND PARASTATALS OF THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENCY, RETAINS CONSTITUTIONALLY ESTABLISHED ONES.
There has been dissolution of all Commissions; MDAs; Institutes and Parastatals under the office of Presidency Federal Republic of Nigeria as it is currently making waves with exception of those established by Section 153 of the Constitution of Federal Republic.
Those Commissions and Parastatals not dissolved include: National population Commission; Code of Conduct Bureau; national Economic Council; National Security Council; Independent National Electoral Commission; Federal Character Commission; Revenue Mobilization and Fiscal Commission; National Judicial Commission; Police Service Commission; Federal Civil Service Commission; Federal Judicial Service Commission and Council of State.
The rest of the Commissions; Agencies; Institutions; and Parastatal including Government owned enterprises going by the announcement as published by Office of the Secretary-To Government of The Federation SGF all remain dissolved waiting constitution of ad hoc management team or a new Board will be constituted by the Office President Federal Republic of Nigeria.
