Before the Rivers state executive Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike approached the FCT High Court it has been a tormenting trauma for him and his routine of followers most of who are in his list of candidates set to participate in the national assembly election of 25th of February, 2023 and Governorship and House of Assembly elections as he subscribed to receiving Expression of Intent and Nomination Forms on behalf of his followers without allowing them to make individual application to the various offices they are seeking thus he Wike appended his signature while paying for the said Forms. Information available to THE EAR WITNESS News indicate that already there is a pending Court matter instituted by Peoples Democratic Party, PDP against all candidates whose Form were said not have accompanied with individual issued receipts as evidence that they actually applied and purchased Nomination Forms to various level of Political offices that they are seeking instead it is alleged that the signature of the Executive Governor was discovered in the receipt while another political Office applicant Dr. Farah Dagogo also did purchase nomination and Expression of Intent Forms issued with receipt in his own name. So, now the battle line has been drawn in Rivers State Governor Wike Versus his political party-PDP.
