Rivers State Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has on Wednesday 27th of April,2022 declared a federal lawmaker and Peoples Democratic Party-PDP Governorship aspirant Dr. Farah Dagogo wanted over the alleged involvement in deploying cultists to evade the Secretariat of PDP in Rivers state while the screening of Aspirants for various Electoral offices was going on.In a press state issued by Kelvin Ebri, the Media Assistant to Governor Wike stated ” The governor of Rivers State Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has declared Hon. Farah Dagogo wanted for hiring cultists to attack the peoples Democratic Party-PDP Secretariat in Port Harcourt.” The Governoe has already directed the Rivers State Police Command to arrest Hon. Farah Dagogo anywhere that he may be as the statement emphasized that the Police must as a matter of urgent importance arrest Farah Dagogo so as to face prosecution. Some of the hoodlums were said to have been apprehended and will soon be prosecuted in court.
The Federal lawmaker was once a member of Rivers State House of Assembly representing Degema state Constituency before he was voted in to represent Degema/Bonny Federal Constituency. He was also Operation officer for MEND Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta. He is a graduate of Sociology.
